Positive: Lovely boutique hotel with great people. Nicely located in downtown Los Altos.

Negative: It is showing a bit of wear, especially the carpeting. Parking is public and not as convenient as one would expect

Positive: The location for us was very good. We could walk to everything. Our room was small but very cozy and had everything we needed.

Negative: We thought the "included breakfast" was very meager. Just toast or a very dry croissant? Could have at least included some fruit. The regular breakfast menu was pretty expensive. Next time we would go somewhere else for breakfast.
