Chalet adosado enfrente del mar con vistas a la playa de Merón (desde el salón y dos dormitorios) y a escasos 100 m de la arena. Decoración nórdica con espacios luminosos y cálidos. Terraza de 50m2 con vistas al mar y la playa.
Es una casa nueva decorada en 2.020 con todas las comodidades. Un sitio que invita a relajarse y disfrutar contemplando el mar y paseando por la playa.
Hay más de 50 playas en una distancia de 30 mint. de coche y los Picos de Europa están a sólo 45 mint.
Planta primera: 1 dormitorio de matrimonio con cama queen size (160x200cm) con vistas al mar y salidas a una terraza de 50m2. 1 dormitorio de niños con una litera y zona de juegos con smart tv, playstation, zona de pintar, lectura... Y 1 baño completo con ducha con efecto lluvia.
Planta segunda: preciosa y moderna cocina con encimera de mármol y todo el equipamiento necesario para desatar al cocinero que llevas dentro (lavavajillas, horno, microhondas, lavadora, secadora, nespresso...). Salida a una terraza de 25m2 con comedor. Salón comedor donde siempre verás el mar. Espaciosa zona de estar con smart tv de 50" y mesa de roble de 8 plazas. Aseo.
Planta tercera: 1 dormitorio de matrimonio con cama queen size (160x200cm) con vistas al mar y tres grandes ventanales Velux hasta el techo donde relajarte leyendo mientras ves la playa de Merón. 1 dormitorio de dos camas de 90x200cm con vistas al campo y los Picos de Europa. Y 1 baño completo con ducha con efecto lluvia.
Dos plazas de garaje cubiertas.
Wi-fi con 1.000mb de velocidad, calefacción inteligente, termos de agua para 10 personas, ducha en la terraza con agua caliente, zonas de lectura, altavoz bluetooth, tocadiscos con colección de vinilos...
Todo para relajarte y disfrutar.
A escasos 100m de la casa comienza la playa de Merón que se une con la de Gerra. 4 km de playa salvaje dentro del Parque Natural de Oyambre. A escasos 5 mint de la playa de Oyambre y a 10 mint. la maravillosa población de Comillas.
Todo tipo de servicios (cafeterías, panaderías, restaurantes, supermercado...) a 5 mint andando de la casa.
A 1,5km o 15 mint andando por el famoso puente de las Mazas del centro de San Vicente de la Barquera con mercadillo los sábados y sus fiestas en agosto.
Gerra y Merón son dos playas consideradas como una de las mecas para los amantes del surf. Multitud de tiendas y escuelas de este deporte a escasos de la casa.

Summary: Everything about this house is exceptional. Josete was brilliant from booking through to after we left. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he responded immediately to requests. The accommodation is immaculate. The furnishings and décor are beautiful, and we appreciated the art on the walls. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed. There were plentiful books, TVs, games and music equipment to keep everyone entertained. The bedrooms were comfortable and cool even in the heat of summer. The terraces are excellent, and especially useful was the outside shower and hose for cleaning surfboards and wetsuits. The check in process was made easy by Josete’s helpful communication. We had a wonderful stay here, enjoying the peaceful neighbourhood and the sounds of the sea from our bedroom. This is an idyllic house in an idyllic location. We barely used our car, and explored San Vicente on foot. It would be an excellent base for exploring the Picos and Cantabria. We have been staying in Northern Spain every summer since 2018 and renting self-catering accommodation in Italy, France, and the UK for twenty-five years. This is the best place we have ever stayed.
