Positive: Absolutely great location, very nicely presented foyer, a clean room and a warm comfortable bed.

Negative: Going up the stairs and in the lift, had the appearance of being unfinished, not painted with care or not cleaned up after work had been done. Breakfast was a little haphazard. No one to greet or instruct for some time. Self serve tea and coffee using tea bags and sachets. Empty juice container, (replaced the juice but it didn’t taste like a quality product). Breakfast was good, plentiful and hot and with choices but the setting felt like a community hall not a dining room. Some minor issues parking too. The owners have a good hotel here, but they need to understand attention must be paid to details beyond the nice foyer

Positive: Large family room, tea coffee facilities, bottled water, sealed toothbrushes in bathroom. Decor etc modern.

Negative: About 15 minute walk to seafront, tower and the bars we were visiting.
