Positive: Room was spacious and clean, with A/C as advertised. The bathroom was adequate. The staff was very friendly, and always present. I was able to check in at 4:00 am. Breakfast was good. All in all, I had a pleasant stay here, great value for money.

Negative: Had to ask for fresh towels and to clean the room. Perhaps they did not want to enter the room out of politeness.

Positive: I liked the area, usually I stay in Colaba or Marine Drive, but this area is also fine for me, near a Metro Station - on airport line an suburban station is there as well. Nice snd clean and good staff

Positive: The rooms, cleanliness and the facilities provided

Negative: The way the staff responds at the counter, they were not at all flexible when it comes to check in and check out times, even though the requested adjustment was well within 24 hours time limit. Also the breakfast was pretty bad, which was served to us at our rooms.
