Positive: The flat is as described: new , nice , comfortable. The staff was really good: we had problems with the router and solved them very quickly . They were generous with coffee, offered extra blankets and extra pillows....we could leave after 13 and we had a comfortable parking just in front of the door

Negative: The bed was extremely uncomfortable: underneath the mattresses there was something odd , never seen before and really full of dust . The bed was so soft the one has the impression of sinking in it. We had to move it on the floor because we really couldn't sleep..for people of our age it would be better to know if the flat is at the third floor
