Positive: Amazing location, large rooms with nice layout, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, nice to have kitchen and laundry conveniences.

Negative: Trash disposal process is inconvenient and added stress to early morning departure. As expected: It is hot without a/c during week of high temps and luggage is heavy with so many stairs.

Summary: Perfect home base for first trip to Switzerland.

Positive: Location, able to open the windows and get a nice breeze, the cleanliness, nice bathroom upstairs.

Negative: It would have been nice to have more than one small pillow on each bed. The area was quiet the first night, but the second night there was a jazz festival that we did not know about and the music went on until 3am. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

Positive: I enjoyed staying in the old town village. The updated apartment met all my needs, and the family enjoyed easy access to the town amenities.

Negative: I had issues finding the single email that contained the lock box code. Having this code available through the app would be easier.

Positive: The apartment was extremely well equipped and spacious.The two bedrooms had beds for two people in each. There was a large bathroom as well as a separate w.c. The kitchen had everything needed for food storage and cooking as well as a dishwasher. There were even laundry facilities ( washing machine,tumble drier and iron and ironing board).

Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like as we were aware of all the details beforehand. The only thing that could be considered a disadvantage is that, being situated in the old town, there is no parking on site. However, there is a public car park a short distance away and overnight parking is essentially free ( .50 F until 7.00am)

Summary: A well equipped apartment at a reasonable price.

Positive: Very good place it was near Nice in very pretty building complex with a pool, locals probably don’t use it much so you are alone by the pool. The room was pretty small, but ideal for a couple. And the host was very kind to tell us all the information we needed.
