Positive: The location is great, directly at the small harbor, very near to restaurants and beaches. Well equipped with everything we needed. Very good AC. Everything is exactly as advertised. The host is very friendly. And Sipan- ah what a LOVELY island!!!!

Negative: The balcony is not totally private as sometimes guests living in the apparent next door walk trough. The apartment to the right has a window to the balcony as well. And the apartment to the left has a balcony/ terrace which also has a view to your balcony. You do not feel totally private there. But I knew this beforehand as I had asked. The pictures could be misleading if you do not check very well. It is nice to sit outside and in the night you watch a lot of stars. But if you are searching for real privacy this is not for you.

Positive: The location was great, only a 3 minute walk from the ferry, bus & local venues. Bright, clean & had everything we needed. Silvija was so lovely & accommodating. Fantastic local food & because we’re just outside peak season wasn’t crowded anywhere. So relaxing!

Negative: There was only 1 thing that was very minor. The attachment for the shower head was broken so was a bit awkward but a very easy fix.

Summary: Just the ticket! Bright, clean, friendly & everything we needed!

Positive: The property was right in the heart of the small town of Sudarad, a perfect location. The terrace was lovely to sit out on for that morning cup of coffee and evening happy hours. We had everything we needed to cater for ourselves and the dishwasher was a great asset! The shower was lovely and hot, and the beds were very comfortable.

Negative: You need to be aware that if you are the reclusive type this may not be for you as the terrace is overlooked by a couple of other apartments. There is also access to the laundry room, very useful, which is used by other guests. We went in the quiet season so didn't bother us.

Positive: We stayed in this apartments for six nights and, believe me, it was great. We felt like at home and we had everything we needed: the flat is spacious, clean, modern with a lovely view over the small harbour and very very close to the ferry port. The apartment was quiet at night and the bed was big and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was nicely appointed and everything worked perfectly (warm shower, air conditioning, wifi, etc.). Kitchen was well equipped and, since we took our provisions (and our car) from Dubrovnik we had a confortable self catering. There is a small shop with limited items just next to the entrance but, if you need more supplies you can go to Sipanska Luka (5 km.) where there’s a bigger market. Sipan is a beautiful small island with friendly locals and it’s wonderful to explore by feet or bike (or bus… a small one, of course). You can also take boats to visit the nearby islands of Lopud and Kolocep but Sipan, by herself, is so full of gorgeous places that it’ sufficient for days and days of wandering where sun and sea meets paradise! We found the island and the location both perfect and we will come back. For sure! We give 10... because it's impossible to give 20 ;-) Thank you, dear all. Hope to meet you again :-)

Positive: A stunning apartment! We stayed in the smaller apartment I believe out of the two on offer. Amazing views from the open plan kitchen dining area. Big windows that open all the way. The outdoor was separate, covered in vines and surrounded by nature with exceptional views over the little port. A small convenient store downstairs was very handy!

Negative: Absolutely nothing! Can’t wait to go back next year 🩵

Positive: Me and my son had great 10 nights at the apartment. We had everything we needed, appartment was spacious, clean, modern with a lovely view over the rooftops towards the sea. Hair dryer and a laundry room came handy. The location was perfect for us, very quiet yet a short walk from the ferry port or to the beach. Sipan is a beautiful small island with friendly locals, you can explore it on foot, rent a bike or take a bus to Sipanska Luka. You can also visit nearby islands Lopud or Kolocep, it's on a ferry route to Dubrovnik. We experienced a storm when ferries don't go but got to the mainland with a private boat no problem. We would love to come back one day.
