Negative: 1. Cleanliness especially in the toilets 2. 2nd Floor property with no lift 3. Kitchen without utensils and stove is a BIG MINUS in an apartment. People like us prefer apartments to stay because we can do our own cooking and control what we eat.

Positive: Hospitality and cleanliness are excellent. I ordered a breakfast which was home made and so tasty. The shower rooms are so spacious and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped with water purifier, fridge freezer, oven, cutlery and crockery

Negative: The apartment is at second floor. There is no lift, but the climbing is effortless. I could easily walk upstairs because the steps are so wide and at comfortable heights.

Positive: I travelled with my daughter and sister alone and was a bit worried about the stay ar kottayam because its the first time we're travelling here. But emfore elanza made it easy and we were comfortable and felt very safe. Everything about the place was 10/10, the hospitality of the owner and also we got a homely feel from them.

Positive: We had booked the apartment for 2 nights during our visit to Kumarakom for a medical conference. The apartment is located centrally and in close proximity to all major Kottayam spots. The hosts were very welcoming and their customer service was excellent. Rooms and bathrooms were well maintained and the stand out point was the outside courtyard. An ideal personal terrace. The breakfast provided by the hosts was also great. All in all it was a great stay. Shall return
