Positive: Felt like staying in a fairy tale. Especially after 6 pm when all the crowds disappeared! Amazing views, the lake loop was lovely too. Mt Burgess dining was great.

Negative: I do wish there were more bubbles in the spa hot tub :) a very minor thing, but would’ve given more ambience!

Positive: Nice to stay in a national park. Emerald Lake lovely. Staff OK.

Negative: Overall quite dated. Overrun with day trippers which ruined the atmosphere+++ from early morning to late evening loud tourists were all over the resort. Room not fully serviced during 2 night stay.

Positive: What is not to like. The love is quaint and comfortable. The food was to die for. The cabin was clean and comfortable. So much beauty - you just can’t believe it.

Positive: the fire pit in the room was GREAT! balcony facing the lake was OK, you cannot really see the lake due to the trees blocking the view, but at least it was not facing the parking lot or the garbage bin. That both rooms had two queen beds each and at ground level, was great for my elder parent!

Negative: We came in a heavy rainy day, There was not clear instruction that I should park the car far away and take a shuttle. the shuttle driver did not have a good day , she was cursing and yelling. she did not help with the luggage. She definitly needs better pay or better training. the staff at the desk was much nicer, but also it seems that they were challenged when we ask them to arrange a transport for my elder parent to the cabin, it took forever. Since this is open year around, in rain and snow, I highly recommend to have some sheltered area for loading and unloading luggage and people in the Parking we got soaked from the car to the shuttle area and vice versa. The Hot tub was really small and the temperature not hot, it was barely lukwarm and there was no quick way from there to request assistance to increase the temperature . we were lucky that not so many people were there , but I imagine in the summer the hot tub wont be enjoyable or relaxing at all. I suggest making it bigger or having two extra tubs, and you can shut dwn one or two in law season and open all three in high demanding season.

Negative: Food was very pricey. I don’t mind paying for an exceptional dinner but snacks were outrageously expensive and breakfast was only so so for $26 each.
