Summary: We love staying in this gated community for our summer vacations. The townhome was clean and spacious. The club house and pool options are also great. Very short walk to the beach and perfect for littles. Restaurants, shops and everything needed is close by and conveniently located. We had a great time and will return again next year ! The host communicated clearly and the property manager was responsive. I definitely recommend staying here !

Summary: This was our 2nd year staying at Pebble Beach condos, 1st time at this unit. Location on the 1st floor was an nice advantage, walk to the pool and beach were easy, and parking was never an issue. The unit was just as previous stays; 3 bedroom, 2 bath fits our family's needs (2 adults, 2 kids). However, found the cleaning to be sub-par. Basic Surface cleaning, clean linens/towels, but floors were dirty and clothes from previous renter were found in drawers. No hair dryer, we need to go out and buy one. As with any VRBO, you need to bring extra paper towels, trash bags, and TP; you are only provided minimum and low quality. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no other issues. We plan to return to this area next year.

Summary: loved the house and location. We had an issue with the ac, and spent a sweaty night but they fixed it in the morning. Check on the ocean view from the porch, by next year I believe the view will be blocked by an encroaching palm tree planting in front of the neighboring condo , it will totally block the ocean view in a year or two. That little porch gave me a perfect venue for watching Hurricane Idella roll thru. It was beautiful.

Summary: My family stayed for a week in the summer. There was easy access to the beach. Ramps were great for elderly parents and young kids. The condo was clean and kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, appliances, blenders etc. Being on the first level was great because there was only a few steps into the condo. We were the closet condo to the beach access ramps which was great. The complex Pebble Beach is well taken care of and very safe for families with secure access. I would stay at this same condo again when coming to Emerald Isle. The location is very close to grocery stores, mall, and restaurants.
