Positive: Very pretty hotel and friendly staff. The breakfast was great!

Negative: We got a room with a sofa bed. The couch had completley ripped cushions, when I opened the sofa bed to put the sheets on the protector that was on there was covered in hair, and crumbs it was filthy. We did not even let our daughter sleep in in it. We all had to sleep in the king size bed. I was very upset as we paid for that type of room because of the extra bed. it was very disappointing. I did tell the front desk and got no response . That is also frustrating.

Positive: The hotel room was clean and roomy. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices for our family of 5. Every interaction with staff was exceptional.

Negative: There was a heat wave and the air conditioning was not working in the entire hotel. Otherwise everything was great!
