Summary: Great location, our room was ok, carpets had stains on them, even the bed and the pull out had stains. We literally just went there to sleep and eat breakfast, people at the omelet section doesn’t seem to be pleasant or happy at all, they looked like they don’t want to be there. Breakfast was great btw. In my opinion the money I paid for is not worth it. I’d be happy to pay them $99/night.

Summary: Check in was quick. We were given our room key and 4 complimentary drink tickets. Went to our room, dropped off our bags and came back to the evening reception. Bartender said we could not use our drink vouchers because happy hour ended at 6:30. It was 6:32. To me that’s poor customer service. Breakfast started at 7:00 am on Sunday but we couldn’t order our omelet until 7:03. Sounds petty but if you are that much of a stickler on time it has to go both ways. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms. Caper either needs cleaned or updated. We have always tried to stay at Embassy Suites because they are usually clean and the breakfast is as good as any. Disappointed in our stay this time.

Summary: We had an amazing stay. The kids where happy, it was spacious enough for us. The room was clean.My children loved the complimentary breakfast. The pool was nice and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites. If we're out that way again we will definitely stay there.

Summary: This is probably one of my husband's favorite places to stay when we are in this area. Over the years, I have noticed changes in the decor, furniture is getting older in the rooms. The one noticeable change was in the continental breakfast. They still have the omlette bar but they have removed all extra meat like sausage & bacon. Only apples, no more bananas. The happy hour still had some good things. That was still nice.
