Summary: It’s a bit of a walk from the main strip on broadway but we enjoy walking. It’s one of the reasons we chose this location. When it was hot/humid in the middle of the day we used the hotel’s shuttle a couple times. It’s a nice perk. The staff were always responsive and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends coming to Nashville.

Summary: Everything at this hotel was wonderful. We had a TV that wasn’t functioning properly and they sent someone up immediately and fixed it. They also had a wonderful happy hour with complementary drinks, there was also a free breakfast which was excellent and the staff was hard-working and professional. We particularly liked the Shuttle, which took us down to the bars in town. Our driver Tony was extremely funny and kind.

Summary: Great location but…..mattress and pillows should have been replaced long ago. Shower leaked onto floor. At breakfast they ran out of scrambled eggs (did not want to wait for omelet) and no milk for cereal.
