Summary: My room was hot someone came to fix it however the air did not stay on. My kids wanted to swim but said the pool looked dirty so they didnt. The pool was the reason I chose this place to begin with. I would also recommend your sales team to not stop by every table during breakfast to get people to take trips or become a member really bad timing.

Summary: Embassy is the best choice for a family stay! The couch that pulls out as a bed comes in clutch for a family of four on a budget and the amazing breakfast with made to order omelets are always a must for us all! There was a small leak on our toilet but their maintenance team was on it right away! Can’t wait for our next stay with Embassy!

Summary: We stayed here for a few nights, and we were happy with our stay. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. They offer housekeeping if you want it. There is breakfast every morning, including fresh made omelets. The options do not change each day, but there is plenty of variety available. They also offer a daily happy hour with drink tickets, although we did not end up partaking. The staff were all friendly, particularly the front desk. We needed airport transportation, and they easily accommodated our time request. The downside to the hotel is the large atrium that extends upwards in the center of the building. It is beautiful, but if anyone is loud in the atrium, it carries throughout the floors. Highly recommend asking for a room far from the atrium.

Summary: Breakfast was good and always FRESH. I would suggest a list of drinks offered for the complimentary alcohol beverages for convivence purposes. Every drink I wanted was an upgrade and could not be done, yet I can have what-ever drinks I wanted. The walls were very thin. I could hear my girls laughing, talking, and when having to use the restroom next door . . . and vise versa. Please incorporate vents in the restroom for better ventilation; otherwise, rooms were clean and comfortable.
