Positive: - excellent host communication including an emailed pdf file detailing all of the property codes and how-tos - Gated community - Garage door entry at the back of the property is perfect if needing to park in the lot instead of the garage. - Keyless front door entry - Modern, updated, beautiful home - Large windows allow for excellent sunlight throughout the day --------4 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 baths --------1st floor: garage and front door entry, hallway closet with shoe rack and hangers, 1 king bed with underbed drawer storage in a smaller sized room that opens onto the front porch, 1 bath with shower --------2nd floor: half bath, open concept kitchen, dining, living room; dedicated office, small balcony with table and chairs, AC control for the house-works well --------3rd floor: bath with tub/shower in hallway, washing machine and dryer in hallway closet, 2 smaller bedrooms with fullsize beds, 1 master bedroom with on-suite shower/ walk in closet/ pack-n-play/ 6 drawer dresser --------4th floor: rooftop patio with deck chairs and cushions - Cleaning supplies provided in cupboards to keep the place tidy, shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided in bathrooms with showers - Few pots, a pan, some bowls/plates, and eating and cooking utensils, ice machine on the fridge, garbage disposal - Hot water temperature was perfect - Hardwood floors make cleaning easier - Ideal for 4 single adults and a baby, or 1 coupled pair and 3 single adults, or 3 adults and 2 kids depending on sleeping arrangements

Negative: - From the pictures we thought that the property opened out to the pool directly, but the pool is actually about a 5 minute walk at the center of the complex. So keep that in mind if you planned to send the kids to the pool while you cook that may not be feasible here depending on the age of your children. - Garage parking was too tight for a 2021 kia telluride. Could get the vehicle in but couldn't open passenger side doors so we parked in the parking lot each night.
