Summary: Very nice facility, breakfast was outstanding, love the happy hour in the evening. Only concern was level of attention to detail in room cleanliness and had to ask for a hair dryer which was supposed to be in the room. Will stay here again.

Summary: Excellent hotel that we always stay at when 8n the area. Staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The woman that ran the breakfast area was excellnt and went out of her way to get anyth8ng that was needed. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area. We drove 22 miles out of our way to stay here.

Summary: Average stay at this location. I choose Embassy suites everytime because of the comfy beds, great customer service and scrumptious breakfast. This was my firat time at this lication and for the price pointI paid, probably the most Ice every paid, it was AVERAGE! Front desk staff great customer service, and very accommodating. Average managers reception with unfriendly and cold staff. Elevators were broken for this busy, big hotel, really...Beds were comfortable, rooms average cleaning, first time ever I had to use cleaning supplies I normally carry, when on road trips. Oh my God, first time we didnt enjoy the breakfast because of limited options..I cant believe I am leaving this review about my favorite hotel...Such an average experience, wow embassy suites. Will definitely continue to stay at embassy suites, because I like suite style, but a definitely no on this very location...

Summary: Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, nice big rooms, super comfortable. The only bad review i would give is one evwning we had dinner in the hotel and had to wait an hour to be served because they had only one server and cook. I think additional staff should be hired for busy times. Otherwise an excellent stay and we will be back.
