Summary: The shower's water did not get hot for two days out of my stay. I told the front desk about this at checkout and they said they would send a tech to look at it, but offered no compensation for the inconvenience and did not even apologize.

Summary: Everything was great overall. The staff was very friendly and welcoming at the restaurant/bar. Food prices were kinda high for their restaurant. The pull out sleeper sofa could have used a new mattress. We were a large group of 6 and the pull out wasn’t even an option the mattress was thin and no support whatsoever.

Summary: Phenomenal accommodations. From the valet parking (mandatory at location) , comfortable beds, terrace options, free made to order (delicious) breakfast options and so much more! I can't wait to book again! This hotel was clean, fresh and sanitized and i felt super safe there. The area is walkable and also safe even in the wee hours of the morning. After hours (once the on site restaurant closes) B-dubs is literally across the street. Every member of staff from valet to front desk check-in, house keeping, wait staff, and chef's were very personable and professional. The public patios were also pristine. By far one of my favorite hotel stays ever. It was a phenomenal (well needed) quick getaway. It's also just a few minutes drive to the major area venues. I haven't a single complaint. Kudos to the staff.
