Summary: This is a beautiful old house/hotel in a fantastic area close to the medieval village. We were shown around the hotel by the lady on reception whom was very welcoming and took great delight in explaining all details regarding the house. She was very knowledgeable and a credit to the hotel. Nothing was a trouble to her. The rooms were beautiful to wander around and admire every detail. Our bedroom was roomy with a lovely bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the old medieval village. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely too. Would love to return.

Summary: An amazing place. Right across the river from the medieval village at Besalu. Easy to get to, and if you like history, this place has it. Staff at the hotel makes sure you are comfortable with your stay.

Summary: The hotel is situated just next to the famous beautiful bridge of Besalu across the river from the town. The hotel has a nice balcony where breakfast is served. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast was excellent. There is free parking next to the hotel. Overall it was a very nice stay.
