Summary: From the moment we booked, Benjamin and Ali were in constant communication with us and quick to respond if we sent a message. The house is so close to Elon University, which was a huge plus, and perfect for our group visit. They have a great fenced in back yard for pets and we look forward to returning to this property! Summary: We was here for a work trip. The house was exactly as listed. It has some privacy as listed. We enjoyed the ping pong table. It was 2 miles from most grocery stores. And better yet 24 minutes to the job near greensboro umoversity.

Summary: This house is very well done- love the updates, furniture, linens and artwork. My mom, sisters and I stayed there and it was really comfortable for 5 adults. But I had a few issues starting with communication before the trip. I asked about the tv situation (streaming, etc) and didn’t hear back until several days later when I sent another message. Then when we got there the lockbox was really hard to get open. It looks old and worn and they could use a new one that’s easier to open. There’s a gas fireplace but the igniter switch was so loose it actually came out. There was no tension so we couldn’t light it. And then the first night we heard scratching in the kitchen and in the morning a mouse had eaten part of a stick of butter. I contacted the owner about the last two issues (the igniter & the mouse). I got responses but nothing was actually done, just that they would have someone in the management team look into it.
