Summary: This was ok , if you’re looking for affordable place to stay with a family. Only suggestion would be upgrade the mattresses. Staff was friendly. Kids had a blast it more like a camping vibe. Close to Old Orchard Beach.

Summary: Had an amazing time. Family friendly. The kids will enjoy it and it is safe as it is off away from the road. They have pool, rec hall and other activities on the ground. Grills are provided, the owners are super helpful and amazing, the cottages are all up to date and the motel units are as well equipped with central ac as well as ac in the cabins. If your looking for a quaint little spot with that woodsy feeling this is the place.
