Positive: The hotel is a short distance from the International Airport. It's only a few stops on the light rail. There's a few local eateries, coffee shops and convenience stores near by. The room was small, but well appointed.

Negative: Great to have a washing machine. Crazy to not have a dryer I was provided with a drying rack when I questioned this. I was able to leave the rack near the window to dry my cloth during the day. Not ideal if you have a big load of washing and limited time to leave it hanging to dry. Finding a discarded condom wrapper when I moved my bed in order to place the drying rack next to the window was not a welcome sight.

Summary: Good but could be better.

Positive: It was close & walking distance to almost everything

Negative: There is lack of indication in English when it comes down to a state of emergency. At one point we had experienced a blazing noise & alarm going off but it was all in Korean, we had no idea if it was fire or a drill or what exactly. This was after 12am, the room was meant to cater foreigners so english should also be included for any usage in the room, if I was staying for a long time I would be using my dictionary but I am on a short staycation, I shouldn’t have to be opening my translation app every time i want to use a facility in the room or property as a whole. Tried contacting the host & literally hours later for them to respond. Also there’s no dryer in the room, no clothes hanger were provided (which it should already be in there) & we had to ask for it. There’s not much space either to move around it was literally a space to walk in & out. There was plenty of storage like the cupboards but it has so many shelves so you can’t even store your luggage or medium to big bags just small things only. Overall, it was a good short staycation but i wont recommend it if it was a long stay & if you want a space to lay things over 🤷🏽‍♀️

Negative: The room wasn't cleaned properly. Dirty drawers. Not enough hangers to dry wet laundry. Not easy to find the reception.

Positive: Ease of check in and check out without time consuming procedures, the location that is so close to public transport, all the in room amenities provided are top notch, the view from the room was also amazing, the peaceful environment, helpful and friendly staff who tried their best to go out of their way and help us out especially considering the language barrier. Overall the property is an absolute 10/10 deal and our entire stay was very comfortable, would definitely recommend this property.

Positive: The room is totally new and nicely furnished and had complete amenities. The location was also good as ít’s near the airport. Good for early flight

Negative: We had difficulty getting to the hotel as the name of the building is not clear. It would be useful to present the address in Korean characters to the taxi driver but this is not easily found in the website

Positive: Wonderful accommodation. Everything is new and clean. Modern equipment, lots of space for storing things. Very well thought out apartment. There is air conditioning and also an electrically openable window. Every day they brought us water and new small towels. Close to the metro station. I recommend!

Positive: good location if you have any early morning flight catch as it is only 3 stops by airport light rail from Busan Airport. . Sasang Light Rail station is just about 5mins walk. This service apartment has very strict check in time (after 4pm) by self check in at Kiosk located at 2nd floor. no luggage storage or leave luggage service because basically no one will be at the counter if you arrive before 4pm ( suggest managment to at least provide a Water despenser at the lobby for guests) . we booked a twin room, limited space in room for luggage, we can only have 1 bag open and leave it at the door step. too much space wasted inxthe room for kitchen facility and cabinets which I would think not much useful.
