Summary: After having come from a spa in northern Israel which was incredible .. the staff went out of their way to be helpful, it was not the feeling in this hotel. It had a cold feeling .. it was a gorgeous hotel, with incredible views, and wonderful art, but it left my husband and I cold. I felt like we were in an art gallery but had a place to sleep there. Also, they claim they ah e an elevator, which they do, but each of the rooms I saw had a number of steps up to the room. My husband has a walker, and it was a bit difficult for him. It would have been wonderful if someone offered to help us to our room. I wish I hadn’t spent the kind of money I did on this place.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay, welcoming staff, amazing breakfast and clean rooms & facilities. Loved the unique atmosphere, incredible art everywhere. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for something that is not run of the mill.

Summary: My family and I had a two night stay at this property. The location and view from our room was amazing. The service on the other hand was not great. We stayed in suite 501 which is right above the garage opening which creates tremendous noise from banging against the drainage system of the garage that translated straight to our room about 400 to 500 times a day. We asked for our room to be serviced and it was not. For the price we paid we expected a lot better quality of stay.
