Positive: Everything was exceptional, my mother is 77 yrs old and she enjoyed the covered porch and the padded seat outside, all the family especially the kids enjoyed the sand outside the house and loved the bunk beds, we had a wonderful time and hope to return soon .

Negative: There wasn't anything that we didn't like ,lol, my mother ( that's 77) she wasn't crazy about the steps but she understood the reason behind the house having to be that high off the ground but she had a great time.
