Positive: The house was very clean and had all the amenities of home. At the end of our stay we all hated to leave. Everything was as promised it would be and more! My family and I enjoyed our stay so much that I have already booked the house for Christmas next year.

Positive: Great stay! House was just as described and pictured, everything worked, comfortable, tons of room and entertainment for our family of 5. The kids (and adults) loved the basement with ping pong table, retro arcade, Xbox, good setup to watch movies...plus full bath, bedroom, laundry (bring your own detergent). Hot tub and fire pit were convenient. Not much of a yard, forest hill behind house had many "Keep Out" signs and there were warnings in the house guidebook so we didn't venture far. We enjoyed watching the chipmunks, occasional deer, and listening to the birds. Management was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

Positive: Everything. My family and I were blown away with how beautiful the home was and the location. Not only was it a beautiful place but it was so well kept up and maintained!

Negative: Nothing, it exceeded all our expectations.

Summary: It was such a relaxing and peaceful stay. We couldn’t recommend enough!

Positive: This was the perfect home for our visit to the Black Hills. We enjoyed many fun activities nearby (Wall Drug, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake, delicious pumpkin coffee in Custer!) but were happy to return each day to such a private, relaxing home in the woods. Our family enjoyed the fun basement area that is filled with toys and games! The hot tub was another highlight. The home is beautiful, clean and close to so many amazing things to see and do! It was a great place to come back to after exploring, for some rest and relaxation. We loved our stay there and hope to return in the future.

Positive: Great place to stay when near Custer. Awesome house.

Negative: Couple of small things. Would have been nice to have a TV in main room. Didn't know we needed charcaol for the grill. We were expecting a propane grill. The tv in the upper bedroom took a while to get to work. Hot tub was really foamy. Little things that would have been nice, but we absolutely enjoyed the place.

Summary: Awesome place to stay, would like to stay here every time we are in Custer.
