Summary: Front desk and management were superior! The area around the properties were lovely and wild! The rooms are nestled amid the trees and the morning bird calls are so serene. The rooms are a little old-fashioned, but everything worked and the room was spotless. A great place to stay.

Summary: All staff members were attentive to guests’ needs and were available easily. The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet. The location is excellent if one likes being surrounded by dense greenery and forests. In room: Electrical outlets and plumbing fixtures had issues in both rooms we had booked. WiFi was not functional and we had to get credentials from lobby. Overall WiFi was spotty.

Summary: One of the best stays for me in Munnar. The hotel staff is amazing and extremely helpful in all matters. Kudos to their restaurant staff for preparing some delicious meals especially Vegetable Biryani and Paneer Recipes for north indian (Delhi) travellers. Being located in the middle of forest it offers seclusion and scenic views and ample opportunity to relax and enjoy your holiday. One of the best decors in a forest setting. Improvement required in Games room and curio shop area.
