Positive: Very yummy breakfast. Nice dining hall. Stunning stairs up, loved the wooden decour. Missed having the opportunity for a cappucino in the morning but hey, can't have everything.

Negative: My bed was a bit too warm despite opening the window in March, so I didn't feel like I slept that well. But that's always my problem so nothing unexpected.

Negative: Paid for an upgrade to a deluxe double was very disappointed with the room I could hardly squeeze up one side of the bed the room was in need off a good painting only extras I seen was an expensive mini bar with no price list and a very small bath with attached shower not what I expected from a four star hotel the hairdryer was old and slow I went too reception and said nicely I wasn't happy with the room I was told the hotel was full come back the next day to talk too the manager who will be back on duty me my wife and my son staying three nights I didn't complain anymore Sunsvall is a beautiful city but the hotel we were in seems to cater for corporate events not tourists it's a real shame it could be so much better
