Summary: We had a bit of an issue with our room, but the hotel staff was helpful and generous and made us feel tone care of. The area immediately around the hotel doesn’t have much and the lobby restaurant was often closed or very sleepy. There is a tram 2 minute walk away though that gets you to downtown Lund which has many dining options and interesting sights.

Summary: This hotel is very customer friendly. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating. The hotel is in a quiet location and easily accessible to the Lund Central station via bus (6) or tram (1). The transportaion drivers are friendly and the local town folks are extremely welcoming. I loved my experience in Lund and plan on returning in the near future.
