Elisa's "Piccolo Paradiso" is a delightful country house located at the foot of the Sibillini mountains.
Built in 1990, according to anti-seismic criteria, it was not affected at all by the 2016 earthquake events.
It is fresh by nature, because it rises in the middle of a large and shady flowered park where there is also a space for indoor parking.
It has been designed to allow those who live there to immediately put their feet in the grass as soon as they leave the rooms, relax in hammocks or sunbathe surrounded by the songs of birds and the magnificent panorama of the Sibillini range, have lunch outdoors. under the roof, while, in the nearby barbecue, the meat roasts and perfumes the air.
The 4 available beds and the fenced park make the house very pleasant for families with children who, during the day, can enjoy complete freedom and security.

Summary: Ilva's garden is a dream. It is thoughtfully designed with flowers, grasses, and palm trees and it is maticulously maintained. Integrated into the garden is a little grove of tall trees with beautiful translucent foliage. The trees provide shade and you can hang hammocks, two of which are provided. It is so relaxing! This garden is an oasis of tranquility - no screaming kids, no noisy neighbours, no traffic – just the tweeting birds and the rustling of leaves. Last but not least, it has a view to the mountains. The house is well-maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. The hostess even placed vases of flowers for me. The mattress on the bed is top-notch. People with back pain will appreciate it. I slept as well as I do at home. Ilva, the hostess, exceeded my expectations. The first day she took me out for breakfast and gave me an orientation tour of the town (parking lot, weekly market, thermal bath, etc.) Before she returned to Perugia, she introduced my to the neighbours, so that I had a local contact in case I needed help. She was so caring and even bought me fresh eggs from the neighbour's chickens, picked me cherries, gave me hints and recommendations. What a wonderfully warm-hearted hostess! There was no Wifi for my notebook though, but that's not a major calamity. I went to the local telephone shop and they sold me a portable router with a SIM card of a local provider with a prepaid data-only plan. I had a wonderful time!

Summary: Ilva’s home was fabulous. The views were amazing. Ilva was an absolute delight and we constantly cursed our lack of Italian as we would have been able to communicate so much better. Ilva was a fabulous hostess and checked in to make sure we were okay. The house was charming and lovingly decorated. On leaving we had issues with car, Ilva drove into Sarnano to meet us and called a mechanic. Truth be known we were sorry to leave.

Summary: The accomodation is great with gorgeous views.The garden is beautiful and spacious with very comfortable hammocks. The house itself has everything you need and is very organised. Sarnano is closeby and has a beautiful old centre to discover. Ilva dropped of fresh fruit a couple of times, that was greatly appreciated! We had a lovely stay here.

Summary: Lovely little house in wonderful garden with stunning views of the mountains. Walks directly from the door and easy walk into Sarnarno. Ilva is a charming and thoughtful host, who lives in an adjoining part of the property. She is very friendly and very welcoming.

Summary: The owner met us in person and showed us round the house - a charming and hospitable woman who had driven all the way over from Aquila to greet us. The house was delighful, spotlessly clean and perfect for two couples. In a tiny village, but an easy stroll into Sarnano town, and only yards from some beautiful footpaths. We feasted on walnuts from the trees in the garden and roasted chestnuts on the open fire - delicious. And I mastered the art of getting in and out of the hammock! If we had to find anything to improve, it would be to provide a few more cooking utensils, a bit more crockery and glasses and some cleaning materials so we could leave it as spotless as we found it. We would certainly stay there again, and would recommend it to anybody. Thank you, Ilva and arriverderci! Tom and friends.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Ilva's house, just outside Sarnanno. The location is a perfect starting point for many trips in the Marche regio. Enjoyed the food, culture and nature, all in the same region. Ilva was very kind and spoiled us with her backery and vegs from her garden. Although she lives behind the Paradiso, she always kept distance. Mille grazie!
