Summary: Pool and surroundings were excellent and the host was very nice and helpful. However the interior was very disappointing particularly the very narrow spiral staircase that 2 75 year olds had to climb up to sleep and my wife had a broken leg and still on crutches!!! We were never told about the stairs and there was nothing on the site indicating that was the situation. Also the beds were very uncomfortable and far too hard and gave us bad backs.the kitchen needs a few more accompaniments as well. However overall quite an enjoyable experience.

Summary: We rented the villas for 10 days, 2 adults and 4 children. The villas were lovely, however the overall experience turned out to be disappointing. During check in we were told of an accident last year by the pool, where a boy had to go to hospital as he had slipped and fell. Which meant jumping in the pool was now banned. As most families can appreciate, the point of a pool for children is to play and jump, not use it for lane swimming. The pool was at least 1.5m deep so was perfectly safe for jumping, but we were told it was strictly forbidden. Then we were told that there was a lady with a baby in a nearby house, and that it was a quiet neighbourhood where residents would complain and call the police if there was any noise after 9pm. Which meant no use of pool after 9pm, unless we were very quiet. The main feature of the property is the outside area, and to be told we're expected to be quiet after 9pm, and not use the pool for play when we're on a family holiday with 4 children, should have been clear in the listing. The first evening we told the children they could use the pool if they kept it down, and we also had a tiny speaker with some music at low volume. The property managers came over, and very angrily complained that we were too loud, and reminded us of the lady with the baby. The next 2 evenings we did not dare using the pool or play music, but sat outside playing card and board games with the children after we've had dinner. On day 3 we received an email from the agency, where they had forwarded a complaint from the property managers, claiming we made excess noise after 9pm, and they threatened to contact 'tourist police'. We could not understand how we could be any more quiet unless we were expected to go to bed at 9pm, or sit inside the house. We felt watched while we were there, where the property manager immediately appeared at the fence hissing angry noises at the children on one occasion where they jumped into the pool even though they were not supposed to, indicating that they were supervising our every move to make sure no rules were broken. It did not feel like a private holiday rental. We have rented villas every summer with the children, and can honestly say I have never had any issues or complaints, this holiday we felt very unwelcome and that our money was happily received, as long as we stayed invisible. We were also informed pre arrival that there was a local grocery store, this is not the case, so car is essential.

Summary: Really enjiyed out stat. The host Are great, and the extra ourdoor-kitchen is nice. Er rented a car, because there was 4km to the nearest shop.

Summary: The renting of the property was seemless. Owners accommodated an early arrival and property was fully reading. It is a remote location, advisable to rent a car. It was quiet and secluded with great pool and beach an easy walk away.
