Positive: Host was very friendly and helpful with our booking. We had to adjust our dates and it was quickly done. The guest house has very comfortable beds so clean and private. This is a 5 star facility in our opinion. Location to trust arena and supermarket only 10 minutes away. Secure parking and self entry via a key pad 👌 Thankyou so much . Would book again. Great value.

Negative: Didn’t realise it was so close to the main house, but in the end that didn’t make any difference at all, we were able to come and go as we needed

Positive: Very comfy home. Host very friendly, approachable and sorted minor issues promptly. Lovely views & great seating area in garden. Two bathrooms a great help for larger family or groups staying. All details as stated. Easy to find.

Negative: Maybe more seating in the lounge area? Not quite enough for 5 to watch TV on sofa but kids do like to lie on the floor.
