Negative: Check in took a half hour, Stains on the couch, main bed hard as rocks, staff lied about breakfast time and we missed it.

Positive: The hotel was very busy. The staff experienced computer and house keeping delays. The front desk manager did an excellent job working to get people through while under pressure. The valets were very quick and courteous!! Breakfast was delicious.

Negative: I just wish it had a hot tub. ;-) and that it would accept cash payments.

Positive: The location is perfect if you’re going to the city winery or anything at the foundry. The staff were amazing from the valet to the front desk staff for check-in and check out. Helpful and friendly and great attitudes overall. I love that there is a refrigerator and a microwave and the bed was comfortable.

Negative: I thought the room was definitely overpriced for how basic it is. It took a VERY long time for the water in the bathroom sink to heat up, which was annoying. The pillows were awful, way too soft, which is definitely not good for sleeping posture. The room was freezing, I tried to turn the air down and it would not go down, so I finally ended up turning the heat on because even when I turned it off, it was still freezing in the room. It took several tries for me to get the streaming to work on the TV, which was also an inconvenience.

Positive: Loved the patio and pool. The room was very spacious and clean. The rooftop bar had beautiful views

Negative: Ended up being charged twice for the room. It was eventually refunded but not a fun experience
