Positive: Can't beat the location when you're going into the city but don't want to drive there - practically attached to the PATH station, and they share a garage. Reasonable parking price for the area, breakfast included.
Negative: Breakfast area a little worn and made-to-order station was set up but not staffed for some reason. (We were there in the last hour of breakfast, but not at the last minute either.) Also, price for the stay was a little high but there's not much you can do in the area, and the convenience to the train is really helpful.
Summary: Great option to avoid driving in NYC
