Positive: I loved the space, the view, I loved the amazing kitchen.

Negative: The main room was hot, we found cockroaches and mice. We had to cancel plans so someone could come by and lay traps and spray the bed rooms with "safe" poison.

Negative: so many emails from property management asking to create an account which was not necessary. Received check out link too late and I was without reception on a hike should have been sent out earlier.

Positive: The place is clean and enough room for my entire family. The house is equipped with everything you will need for cooking. Overall the place is amazing and the communication is amazing.

Positive: Perfect size and nice remodeling of older home

Negative: A little further from South Lake than we realized . No in town customer support. Ceiling in bathroom had mold. Garage door not working which was apparently a known issue but not told to me beforehand.

Positive: Beautiful home and nice view. Very clean and had lots of kitchen appliances available. Felt very roomy and comfortable

Negative: Jacuzzi tub in master bath didn’t work properly and drain was broken so was unable to fill tub.
