Positive: The property is outstanding with excellent quality fixtures and fittings. It was very comfortable with excellent super king bed, large towels and lovely en-suite. The kitchen and lounge/dining area is super and there is use of a beautiful garden with an area to sit and eat. There is a barbecue provided. The views from all of the windows are lovely with a paddock on one side and a manicured garden at the back complete with beautiful hens in a large enclosure. The pictures on this site don’t demonstrate how large the property actually is. Lovely welcome pack on arrival including fresh eggs from the owners hens. There was a folder with lots of information about what to do and see in the area with lots of walks mapped out. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Negative: There was nothing not to like- we loved it all.

Summary: Excellent relaxing home in beautiful surroundings.

Positive: Super cottage, well equipped and spacious, very comfortable bed and sofa. Beautiful surroundings including our own private bit of garden with outdoor seating next to a glorious wildflower meadow. A generous welcome basket awaited us which included eggs laid by the hosts' chickens.

Negative: Nothing - it was all really lovely

Summary: A marvellous place to stay, very restful
