This tastefully furnished 3-bedroom apartment is located in Anguillara Sabazia, on the first floor of the country house, nestled on a hilltop with endless views of the relaxing Roman countryside.
It offers accommodation for 6 guests with its large, livable and equipped kitchen, comfortable living/dining area and a study. There are three bedrooms of different sizes; 1 with a ¾ bed and 2 with king size beds and balconies of which 1 has an ensuite bathroom. A sofa bed is set in the office/study. Wifi is available.
Amongst the fruit trees our guests can relax for tea or a sundowner in the leafy corners including a lovely thatched gazebo.

Anguillara station is approximately 7.2km from the apartment so a car is advisable, however a shuttle to this station, airport pick up, private transportation, tours and outings can be arranged on request, as can a basket with local products to see our guests through their first breakfast.

Summary: We stayed at Ritas place for one night at the end of a long trip before heading to the airport. We loved it! Tony and Rita were great and the apartment was better than we could have imagined. Spacious and each of the rooms were well furnished. We had all we needed and would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a place to stay that's near to Rome, but not in Rome. Had we been staying longer we'd have been quite happy to use the apartment as a bar to explore the region. Thanks again to Rita and Tony.
