This home is amazing inside and in the center of Anchorage. Conveniently located next to University and Hospitals. My family and I have world traveled and prioritize what we like when we travel.
1. Excessively clean - See pictures- And now we have added Hospital EPA "N list" approved HOCL fogging down to 5 microns between guests for added sanitizing. This is an exceptional measure of clean to ease the stress of your stay.
2. Something different from home (Classic museum canvas art through the home and lighted interactive art)
3. Location (located in an established family neighborhood) not a main street or commercial area.
4. Relaxing (Double shower with 8 adjustable shower head, like a human car wash)

Summary: This property is exactly as advertised and more! We were there for UAA grad and it is close to campus. I can't emphasize how clean it was, newly remodelled in an older area. Furniture was comfortable and new, all three beds were very comfortable. Nice appliances and every amenity was thought of. Could turn on music with Alexa, mood lights, heated toilet seats! Well supplied with even the little things like toothpaste. Fluffy towels, one tv is 98" at least, owners responded promptly, easy check-in. Best experience we've had thus far. Excellent!

Summary: Absolutely beautiful home! James, the property owner did not skip over any details with this home. We were in Anchorage for a work trip, and are already planning our next trip back up for a bit more fun and leisure! Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication with a great host, who we even had the pleasure to meet during our stay! If you are looking at this property, or the anchorage area, do yourself a favor and BOOK THIS ONE! Summary: This is by far our favorite place to stay. The home is gorgeous and immaculate with an abundance of wonderful amenities. The host added so many thoughtful touches to make your stay memorable and completely comfortable. For example they use free and clear laundry products for the towels and linens. My husband is allergic to perfumes and dyes so this was a great relief for us. There were plenty of high quality coffee, bath products, soaps and cleaners available for us to use. We loved this beautiful home and are looking forward to returning.

Summary: From the minute I made the reservation, through our stay and to the moment of our departure we felt like we were not only valued guests, but family. From the wine waiting in the refrigerator, to the daily clearing of snow from walkways and driveways to the delivery of garbage bags in the middle of the night to the delicious loaf of bread dropped off, just because,,,,,all of our desires were catered to enthusiastically! The house is impeccable, incredibly comfortable and most importantly, usable. There is so much that the house has to offer that even with a 10 day, there were rooms in the house that we didn’t explore. There is a lot of technology in the house, with mood lighting, mood music, and visual experiences, but that was welcome and just added to the desire to stay there again. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room are well stocked and easy to maneuver. The bed that was used was very comfortable and the ambient temperature was easily controlled. The upstairs shower is amazing and reached parts of my body that have apparently been neglected for years. The heated bathroom floor and toilet seats were a soothing (if not initially startling) addition! All in all, the entire stay was incredible from beginning to end and I intend on visiting the house many more times during my work trips to Anchorage! Thank you James!!!
