The house is about 100 m and has a spacious living room, master bedroom, another bedroom with two beds and another living room with a double sofa bed that communicates with a spacious and modern kitchen, where one or two other people can sleep. Summary: We were in Madrid for a week, and this apartment was perfect for us (three adults). The location is really good, as it is so close to multiple metro stations, as well as the bus to and from the airport. After spending a day exploring the city, it was always nice to come back to the apartment and relax with plenty of space. Although it is situated near busy major streets the neighborhood is actually fairly quiet and peaceful. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. In fact, we were sad to leave! Carmen was wonderful to work with. She was friendly, very responsive to questions and had a lot of helpful advice. Thank you Carmen!

Summary: The apartment was comfortable, quiet and well situated. Blue parking and a public car park are right outside the apartment. The kitchen is well stocked and the apartment is very homely. Carmen was very quick to reply and very flexible & helpful with our enquiries and requirements. The apartment is in a quiet area but very close to several Metro & bus stops and close to the central ring-road; 15 minutes from Central Madrid. There is Air Conditioning in the Lounge & Main bedroom - which is enough to cool most of the apartment & 2nd bedroom but the kitchen (& 3rd bed) can be warm in the peak of summer. We stayed here for 2 weeks and REALLY enjoyed the apartment and the local area - well worth the price. I would give 4 1/2 stars due to lack of Aircon in 2nd bedroom & kitchen but the option is not available - so I give 5 stars... If you don't know Madrid and cannot afford the centre - this is an excellent option as the closest Metro is Avda De America & connects to almost every line.
