Positive: Peaceful location in a quiet area, metro station and grocery store quite close (within a kilometer), good metro connections to the city center, well-cleaned apartment and we were pleasantly allowed to stay longer on the departure day. Owner had reserved some treats and wine for us, which was a lovely surprise!

Negative: Kitchen table was very tiny and kitchen chairs were folding chairs and not very sturdy. Soundproof could be better. There could be more furniture and coziness.

Positive: - Incrediably clean, even cleaner than my own house. - Wonderful location. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, close to shops and restaurants, with good transport connections. - Host is very responsive, try to suit our flexible check in time.

Negative: All is great. If one thing to improve I would hope there is a larger table to have meals, instead of the one in the kitchen. But this is expected already.
