The delightful, detached villa with pool in Versilia is located between Forte dei Marmi and Marina di Massa (both 4 km), pearl of the Tuscan coast. In the nearby village, Cinquale, there is a good selection of restaurants and café bar.
The villa, with a large garden (5,000 square meters) and a private swimming pool (10x5 m, open from June to October), located 1500 m from the beach.
At guests' disposal, large barbecue area, private parking, internet Wi-Fi connection, fans. Pets NOT allowed.
The house, 600 square meters and elegantly furnished, is on two floors and has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
Ground floor: access from the garden or from the backyard where the pool is located in a private location. Summary: Marco's home was fantastic. My family of 13 people stayed for a week and had a blast. Bikes for everyone, beautiful public and private beaches, fantastic set-up in the house. We had a chef give a cooking class — kids loved it! Highly recommend Marco's house, and say hi to his dog Gladio when you're there :)
