Summary: Very comfortable and nice house! We came from Southern California to visit family and it was perfect for us. A group of 8 and this house was a great size. The host was there to answer questions fast and was friendly! We will definitely stay here again next time we are visiting.

Summary: I had to book this property last minute after a different snafu from an unrelated VRBO fell through. The host/owner was very responsive and was able to accommodate our group of friends the very next day. The property was extremely clean, well appointed, and exactly as represented on the site! Everything in the house worked and was in great shape or nearly new. It was obvious that the owner set this up as a VRBO with new furnishing, appliances, and accoutrements (rather than a bunch of left over or thrift store stuff. If you are looking for a place to stay in Antioch CA, This is a great 4 bedroom with queen beds all around and a crankin' AC unit. kudos,

Summary: The house is very nice and clean. We would use this house again. The only issue was one of the bedroom that is located going down stairs was very cold and the home heater would not warm it up. A room heater for that bedroom would be best as using the home heater cause the rest of the rooms to be too warm. But again very nice and clean home. I would rent it again.

The owner has thought of every single detail to make your stay pleasant - everything you need is at your fingertips and the bedrooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the linens are luxury-hotel-soft. And extra thumbs up for having the house cooled down for us before our arrival (it was a very hot day in Antioch). Much appreciated!
