Positive: The facilities were clean and spacious. Really loved the parking was off road too. Easy check in with clear instructions. Hosts were very responsive to messages.

Negative: No Mirror in the bedroom or downstairs toilet!

Positive: It's a beautiful place with loads of modern features and it's on a 20mph road so it's much safer to park in and drive out of. The rooms are lovely and the garden is too, big open living room and front room, the kitchen is wonderfully big and the rooms come fitted with TV's, WiFi and Netflix which is awesome! Definitely worth a stay and we found the price to be very reasonable for all of this. Also, of there is a problem, Vanessa & Oscar are more than willing to come fix it, there was a rather sensitive issue that occurred at around 2am and they were right there to come and sort it out as quick as they could, massive respect 💚

Negative: I don't think there was anything so bad at all, so I suppose if I was nit picking, I'd say I wish the beds would've been divan beds, but that's due to my friends accessibility needs, which we did not disclose beforehand so that's not on them and we know for next time to check a bit more for these things. Having said all that, they were actually very happy on their bed and so was I, so it all worked out just fine 😁

Positive: Everything is perfect. New furniture, everything really clean and confortable. Good position with bus to city centre in front of the house. A very nice place to stay to visit Birmingham.
