Our apartment is on the third floor - three flights of original marble stairs - of a grand and elegant 19th century building near the beautiful Galata Tower. The street is sophisticated, with smart cafes, top Turkish fashion design boutiques and a cool bohemian feel.
The apartment is only 1 minute walk from Sishane metro station, 3 minutes walk to Tünel funicular and a short downhill walk to connect with the tram for Sultanahmet. Famous Istiklal Avenue is around 5 minutes walk up the hill.
The bedrooms are stylish: two doubles and one twin, each with designer velvet headboards and high quality crisp white linens. Two of the bedrooms have fabulous views. The kitchen is large, chic and well-equipped with high-end appliances including dish-washer. The dining area has a lovely ceramic tiled floor and leads to the airy hall. The living room is stylish and comfortable with two feather-filled sofas and a bar table area leading to bay windows with fabulous panoramic views across the Bosphorus and Golden Horn. The spacious hall has a smart shower room at one end and a separate loo at the other. Original wooden floorboards give a warm feel and all doors and windows are also elegant originals, adding grace.

Summary: Thank you for the latest updates on the community, the holidays as well as transportation, the metro etc. It allowed us to move around Istanbul with ease. The owners and Taskin were always responsive to our questions regardless of the time of day. Summary: We had a very enjoyable stay at this place. The location is really excellent, everything important is within walking distance. The price-performance ratio is top! We felt very comfortable. The beds were very good and we slept wonderfully. The cleanliness was also excellent, everything was very well maintained. Communication and check-in/out went very smoothly. We can highly recommend this place!

Summary: Perfect spot, amazing views, convenience of being close to most attractions, transport, supermarkets, eateries.Helpful staff, especially Julieta.Comfort, warm and snug in the apartment, when it rained, snowed and sleet most of our 6 days! Bathroom a little too snug for 3 of us.3 flights of stairs, but we were aware. Still worth it!

Summary: The location is very good. If you live on the third floor, you can see the entire strait. The items inside the apartment are very unique, and the kitchen is also fully equipped. Although we did not cook, we were very satisfied overall. We can see the sunrise and sunset of the strait in the morning and evening. The surrounding is very lively, and it is very convenient to eat and shop. There is a small supermarket next to it where you can buy water. The only thing is that there is no elevator. You need to climb to the high ground to get to the apartment, and then go up three floors. It may not be possible for the elderly with inconvenient legs and feet

Summary: We enjoyed Julia's place immensely. She provided easy instructions and great advice. She also provides additional services to make your stay even better. The apartment, on the 3rd floor, has stunning views of the Bosphorus. The beds and linens are clean and very comfortable. The decor is fantastic; it makes you feel right at home after a long day's walking.

Summary: Had an excellent long weekend stay at Julia's apartment. The apartment and location are beautiful, Julia & Taskin's restaurant recommendations were great, and they were extremely accommodating with an early check in and late checkout/luggage storage.
