Travel Purpose: business

Positive: good location and spacious room with sufficient and efficient facility. Free breakfast was very good. Staff was kind and helpful.

Negative: No reading light over the bed. One more thing I mentioned last time too. The stool in the room to sit to work is squared shape with sharp corners. This stool is Not comfortable.

Positive: The hotel was a great location, clean, and the staff were very friendly. I particularly liked the floors (no carpet!) which is difficult to find in other hotels. The space could be considered small but it was perfect and minimalistist for a solo business traveller like myself.

Negative: It's hard to say anything I didn't like. Perhaps breakfast could be larger? Honestly I really loved the hotel.

Positive: 1. It has a perfect location, just 5 minutes away from the train station, making it easy to travel to both Osaka and Kyoto by train. 2. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. 3. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. 3. The nearby shopping mall has nearly everything you need and is not crowded like other tourist areas, making it an ideal spot for shopping! We enjoyed our stay here. Compared to hotels in Kyoto, this hotel is very cost-effective and conveniently close to Kyoto. I would prefer staying here over Kyoto.
