Positive: Elafos is an absolute gem for anyone seeking a retreat and experience of the Greek hospitality and culture. It is beautifully nestled in a quiet village with a pool for a refreshing dip on warmer summer days. The staff - Manos Stavroula and housekeeping staff were absolutely wonderful!!! Our room was perfect and the bed was one of the most comfortable - we can say we had our best sleep here. :) This hotel has heart - its evident in the detail that has gone into its design and the pride taken in ensuring guests are warmly welcomed. Much as we would like to keep this gem a secret, we would without hesitation give it a full star rating and highly recommend a stay here. We are grateful to Manos especially for the moments that we take as memories to last a lifetime - the best souvenir!

Negative: We are usually very objective in our reviews but honestly have nothing negative to say other than that we should have stayed longer.

Positive: This is a unique getaway in the heart of the mountains of the Peloponnese's Arkadia region. Elliniko is a charmful village seemed to be taken out of a fairytale. Lefteris's careful care of the place is evident in every corner of the place, him and his family's love for their place promised us a joyful stay. Lefteris's tips about the area, things to do, are priceless. Great experience I can recommend without hesitation. Hope to be back one day.

Positive: The location, right next to the village center, close to the caffes and the taverns of the village. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, children friendly. The breakfast is delicious.
