Positive: We really likes the stuff, they were always nice and helpful. The room was large, nice kitchen and living room. Mariana, Nicole, Fiorella and Ivonne were always nice with a smile on their faces and willing to help all the time. The security guys at the door were also very nice and respectful. Lailani and all the dining/ breakfast area were very attentive and accommodating. Lailani remember every morning to make sure I had my decaf coffee. They were very responsive to (minor) repairs.

Negative: The internet was not very good. It was spotty. It was a bit nosy when we wanted to keep the windows open but it was very quiet with them closed.

Summary: Over all, a good place to stay, in a nice and safe area with lots of good shops and restaurants.
