Summary: My family and I planned a 1-week family vacation in Lima, Peru. This hotel represented the best quality-price option and we were not disappointed. Our room was very nice, our reservation included breakfast and the food and customer service was really good. We enjoyed the Spa services, including hot tub, massage, and sauna.

Summary: Absolutely loved the hotel, beautiful rooms, exceptionally clean, lovely service from the staff. Only negative was being part of a large group (we all booked separately) and one of our group booked direct via the hotel website. This booking was lost and there was a bit of a nightmare getting everyone settled but it was all sorted in the end... Moral of the story is make sure you book via Expedia! Highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay again for a bit of R&R when we next go to Lima - not to be missed.
