In full Palentina Mountain, this set of rural tourism, is located in one of the most unique buildings of Cordovilla de Aguilar, El Mayorazgo. Original seventeenth century, it is a complex set of buildings, belonging from their origin to the same family, which hosted all the uses and needs of the rural agricultural and livestock economy of this area.
The passage of the centuries has transformed it into the twin of buildings that we know today. The fact of being a solid stone building faithful to the traditional architecture of the area, raised its rehabilitation with the utmost respect for its origins, thus preserving its exterior appearance, and its wooden structures in slabs and decks .
In the interior, however, the demands for comfort and habitability were resolved by integrating the presence of existing elements, with materials, furniture and decoration of a more contemporary character.
The result is three houses with well-differentiated personalities, product of an individualized transformation of the characteristics of their original buildings.

Summary: Buscando alojamiento en un lugar tranquilo con el fin de desconectar un par de días encontramos la Casa Gutierrez , a nuestra llegada nos encontramos con un casa muy acogedora, totalmente equipada, la calefacción está programada de forma que no pasamos nada de frío a pesar de que la sensación térmica exterior durante el fin de semana era muy muy fría. Dispone de una chimenea que pone la guinda a la casa que junto la tranquilidad del entorno (es un pueblo tranquilisimo donde se puede disfrutar de que no haya ni un solo ruido) logra que te desconectes del mundo por el tiempo que permanezcas allí. Se trata de un alojamiento totalmente recomendable, por su limpieza, equipamento, entorno y el genial trato de sus propietarios.

Summary: Hemos pasado un fin de semana en la casa Montes. Si tuviera que describir con una sola palabra nuestra experiencia sería " silencio". Nunca habíamos estado en un lugar tan tranquilo, que invita al descanso. La casa es perfecta en todos los sentidos: cómoda, bien equipada, delicadamente decorada. Las niñas, además, estuvieron encantadas en el jacuzzi. El jardín es encantador, y muy seguro para los niños. Y, por supuesto, el trato excelente. Fue exactamente lo que buscábamos. Una gran estancia.

Summary: Hemos pasado unos días excelentes en El Mayorazgo, en la casa del Arco. La casa muy bien decorada y limpia. Los niños han estado de fábula. Se respira una tranquilidad absoluta, y no obstante, si necesitas servicios o hacer compras, tienes Aguilar de Campoo lo suficientemente cerca. Es un punto de ubicación ideal para visitar la montaña palentina. Gracias Rosa y Tino por vuestra amabilidad y predisposición.

Summary: Os recomiendo esta casa rural, en la que pasamos este pasado fin de semana, por múltiples razones: en primer lugar la relación calidad/precio es insuperable. Las tres casas están cuidadas con mimo, son muy, muy acogedoras, están sumamente limpias y equipadas y su alquiler cuenta con una importante ventaja: las horas de entrada y salida son mucho mejores que el resto de establecimientos similares en los que he estado. Por último y no menos importante, el trato de Rosa, su propietaria, es inmejorable, tan acogedor como las propias casas.

Summary: En pocos sitios hemos disfrutado tanto de la naturaleza y del placer de alojarnos en unos autenticos alojamientos rurales. Hicimos una escapada a la Montaña Palentina con la intención de ver la famosa berrea de los ciervos y todo ha salido fenomenal. Las indicaciones que nos dio Tino fueron perfectas para poder disfrutar de este espectáculo tan asombroso en unos bosques y montañas tan espectaculares. Si las rutas por el monte eran alucinantes no lo era menos el alojamioento en Cordovilla de Aguilar. Una aldea pequeña a solo 7 Km de Aguilar donde pudimos disfrutar del auténtico sabor a pueblo que buscábamos. Las casas estaban equipadas con todo detalle para disfrutar de una estnacia muy comoda y las veladas que pasamos junto a la chimenea fueron realmente inolvidables... Un lujo para repetir.
