Summary: This hotel has so much potential! The location and views are fabulous. The staff at the main pool and mexican restaurant are excellent. The ferry to Palominos, however, is a challenge because the big one is often out of service. The water park restaurant is terrible in regards to wait times and service. Hopefully customer service in general is improved!

Summary: We had such an amazing stay! Our whole family had a great time and really enjoyed every moment. The private island was definitely our favorite—it was beautiful, peaceful, and such a special experience for all of us. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and everyone was so nice and welcoming. We made so many great memories together on this trip. We would definitely love to come back!

Summary: The resort is great for a family that wants to spend days away from New York City. The best part is the boat ride to the private island, where you can enjoy the white sand and clear beach water. We will definitely come back.

Summary: Best thing about this hotel is the fact that they bring you to Palomino island included with your stay and the ferry only takes 15 minutes. The beach there is hard to beat. The staff was pretty good and usually helpful and pretty much everyone was friendly. No complaints, we will probably return again (this was our second time there in 2 years).
