Positive: It is clean. It has fairly enough as an apartment, including stream TV channels.

Negative: There was a construction site in front of the building which works 24 hours, plus it is very close to the tourist boat dock. The apartment is not sound proof so a quiet sleep is hardly impossible due to the construction site and the sound of boats when they hit the bank. I like the fact that the washing basin is separated from toilet but the bathroom door is broken. The toilet/bathroom has a noisy fan which keeps running once you powered up. Location is not far from the edge of Fajardo beach but it is a nightmare to the people who doesn’t have a car as Uber and Taxi are not easy to be found around. No restaurants or convenient shop and supermarket nearby.

Summary: I would choose a more central area to stay in Fajardo.

Positive: Great host, attentive and very easy to communicate with. Amazing view, located next to a pier, so you can't swim but you couldn't get closer to the waterfront. Very nice condo, updated, comfortable and clean. The complex has a lot of rules but it's probably a good thing if you're a resident. Restaurants close by. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Negative: It's an older building but the condo is updated. Not a lot of parking.

Summary: Great host, great condo with an amazing view.
