Summary: Such a cool hotel!! Our room was comfortable and beautiful. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. Big bonus that it was a stones throw away from our bioluminescence tour. Would recommend this hotel !

Summary: Great view once we were upgraded from our room that had a moldy/ mildewy smell. The upgraded room was fantastic. Hot tub was just right.

Summary: The hotel is overall good and well located, which makes it a convenient option for getting around. The staff is friendly and the general condition of the facilities is good. However, there is one serious issue: the floor tends to get wet if the air conditioning is not set to a very cold temperature, which can be uncomfortable and even unsafe. In addition, the breakfast is quite poor, with very limited options and not much variety. Aside from these points, the rest of the experience was good.
