Summary: The Blok is in a great location with unique rooms. We were able to check in early and get chairs to head to the beach. Dinner at their restaurant was delicious although the greeter was a little rude when the reservation we made through the front desk didn’t show up on her list. The other staff were wonderful. The biggest issue is that the elevator was broken requiring my 78 year old mother to climb 3 flights of stairs.

Summary: The hotel offered everything as advertised. Great location, and the staff were very helpful and kind. They made it clear what to expect, what was included, and what wasn’t. The room was tidy and clean, and the daily refresh service was provided during our two-night stay. If you rent a car, there’s a large parking lot right in front of the hotel (Esperanza Beach), where you can leave it.
